Photo removed without explanation

This photo was removed from the "Street Market" article. costing me 40 points. No explanation was given for its removal but I can guess. The photo was obviously enjoyed by many given the number of votes it received so why the removal and why no explanation?

Moderators have approved a flag "image editing" about this photo. You received an e-mail about that on thursday,29. This photo is artificially blurred and the post-processing is too much visible.

two of my pictures were removed too for "Sharpness and Focus". In this section there is not a lot of photos so it is sade not to be able to share how wonderful this place is even if it of let's say of low quality.... i would have prefered to be flashed once wonderful pictures would have replaced mine.
