Attached photo is removed by admin, it is tagged irrelevant. I don't understand the criteria to tag a photo as irrelevant.
Hong Kong has some famous food markets where all kind of food is sold. This is a detail photo on one of these markets
and it shows the "colour locale". With the line of reasoning of the admin I begin to doubt to add photos of people on the street in Hong Kong because you also can reason that it is irrelevant, it is about people not Hongkong or is it not?
Please expand on the criteria of relevance for cities, villages and regions entries.

Please add this photo to a more specific article in the encyclopedia, such as Hong Kong cuisine.

I don't understand why this picture was removed to Code (law) article. The sculpture represents the Code of Law therefore has total relevance to the article and I believe that we have no problems about picture quality.
