Photo flagged and removed twice by Admin

The attached photo was flagged and removed twice from Fotopedia! The given reason was "image editing". The first time I nominated it I admit I had added a discrete digital vignetting. It contributed for correcting the aiming of the flash light, always critical in U/W photography. So I removed the vignetting and nominated the photo for a second time. It was flagged and removed once again, suggesting me the vignetting wasn't really the issue. This is an old slide photo taken in 1989, later scanned to digital format. Isn't it allowed? Or the Admin just doesn't believe it is possible to ride a manta ray and take a picture of such a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the same time? Thanks for any comment I can get.

Hello Fernando,

I'm not an admin on Fotopedia, but when I look at your photo it looks like it has been processed by a filter in a photo editing software.

Hi Damien,

It wasn't processed, really! That's probably the combination of pre-1990 Ektachrome 64 film and my old scanning machine. But thanks for your input, anyway. I guess there is nothing else I can do in order to nominate this photo again in Fotopedia, right?

Hello Fernando. A photo that has been removed from an article can't be nominated again in this article.

If you have the original film, maybe try to rescan it with a better scanner, because the artefacts on the image looks more digital than linked to film.
