This has been voted down but i am not sure of the reasons. 

The quality of the photo looks fine but please let me know if you find something wrong.

This was shot in Bloemenmarkt, Amsterdam and shows a Windmill painted on a Clog (both things are very Amsterdam according to me). So, relevance can not be an issue at all here, but ignorance of the voter is more likely the cause. Please share your thoughts on this.
