Hi everyone,
We all found ourself dealing with low light situation, when getting a good shot is really difficult, such as indoor with low light, a wedding, or even landscape at dusk.
Low light photography is one of the most difficult technique to master, and I just stumble upon those useful tips on how to take photos in low light:

It says to use Av mode for low-light.
That is not such a good idea. Normally, best to use full manual for complete control.
Many photographers use Manual, in all situations. Ensures good continuity of exposure across all frames. Settings only need to be changed when the lighting situation changes.
Also very wide apertures may allow more light through, but much of the scene will be out of focus. Especially bad for group photos, unless everyone is the exact same distance from the camera.
