[Fixed] a lot of bugs

Hi,

today I've experienced a lot of bugs.
Many of the articles seem to be blocked, it's impossible to read the info on article, add photos, vote for photos and delete photos.

I wanted to delete some photos with negative score but I was not able to do it.

I had the same problems with some articles (tried with Chrome and Mozilla on different PC !) : some articles seem totally blocked, other are quite "normal" ...

I am having the same problem. In addition, my notification button keeps showing varying numbers. Sometimes 1, sometimes over 40, but when I click on it or see my notification tab, there is nothing new.
