As pages are closely related to Wikipedia articles, it is quite usual that one photo should belong to several pages, one for each of the articles related to it. That isn't so easy to do now, as it involves much albums and pages opening and we can easily forget what we had in mind if there are many photos.

My suggestion is adding a way to associate pages with photos. Something like the "related to option" would be great.
