Add others choices to Inappropriate/Report Content fonction

For each photo we can "Report innapropriate Content", but in the form we can't report for these options (in the radio buttons field) :
- When the picture quality is too bad (size, compression, artefact, ...)
- When the picture subject is off-topic

Yes, I agree that there is an urgent need for this. Some articles in the encyclopedia have photos that are off topic or contain pictres that are poor quality & there needs to be a mechanism for reporting these. Otherwise the quality will suffer.
There is indeed an urgent need and we will raise the priority of this feature. In the meantime please use "Report inappropriate content" , check any of the options and insert a comment telling us about the issue.
I fully agree that this is a priority especially now that we have more and more photos being posted...
